Jane: Williamston, NC. Hurricane Irene Disaster Relief

We had only been working for the South East Louisiana Chapter of the American Red Cross for a little over two weeks when we were called to the test to respond to Hurricane Irene.  Aimee Mankins and I drove an ERV (emergency response vehicle) to North Carolina. This video is a short clip of the kitchen we worked out of in Williamston, NC. Our kitchen manager Craig Jeske along with other outstanding volunteers that we were honored to work with are also included in this video.  We miss y’all!
