Over 600 homes in Hammond, LA received information about Project Safe Escape and fire safety preparedness information on December 1, 2011. A team compiled of volunteers, students from Southeast Louisiana University Red Cross Club, and staff of the American Red Cross were responsible for distributing the materials.
